So far it seems strong enough, and not cheap and flimsy. There's no mechanical pin/clip to hold it in place once it's open like older umbrellas, but the spring load opening mechanism on it seems to hold it open just fine. Hope that doesn't give out over time

It's a bit bigger than I was expecting, but it does the job! Perfect for full coverage of my backpack on rainy days. I loved how it closes by just pressing the botton on the handle! however, fully closing it requires some strength (it can be a bit difficult).

I gave up on Totes umbrellas, as they always seem to break too easily. Sure they have a "lilfetime" warranty, but you have to pay $5 and send back the damaged umbrella to get a replacement. I found this mini umbrella on Amazon for a very reasonable price and am thoroughly pleased with it. Seems to be more sturdy than Totes and opens and closes in a similar manner. It is handy to keep in the car for those spot showers that come up. Folds up nicely and light and easy to carry. Definitely recommend before Totes umbrellas.

Nice looking umbrella, takes a little force to close it. Was using it as shade when I walked, 9mph wind and it turned inside out. Didn't break but useless for the wind

Bought it to take with me to Hawaii because the winds can really kick up on the beach… This umbrella is extremely sturdy and well-made. I love the size of it and the dome shape keeps the rain and the sun off!

These umbrellas are a great deal for the price. I keep one in my hallway and one in my car. They are very large, easy to open, well-made and they are compact when closed. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Was initially very pleased with the umbrella. However, it just broke, making it impossible to retract the handle. The automatic button stopped working. I used it a few times until I let it open to dry overnight and in the morning couldn’t fully retract it or use the button anymore. Extremely dissappointed. I have an automatic umbrella bought at winners before the pandemic and still works 100%.

It's Not travel size. It's too big for traveling

Loved the color. The mechanics work just fine. However it doesn't hold substantial rain. Fine for the drizzle.It leaks through two circles where the fabric is connected to the metal frame. Pictures are attached.Returning the item.
