I have a high cholesterol and for various reasons I'm unable to take a statin. I wanted to supplement with psyllium husk fiber, but to get the cholesterol benefits you have to get to 8 or more grams per day. With previous supplements I was having to take 3 pills 3 times a day. These pills are so much more convenient because I only have to take 2 pills twice a day. They're also not giant pills, and very easy to swallow. They work very well and have made me very regular. I only wish this was available for subscribe and save, because I would do that in a heartbeat.UPDATE:Went to my PCP for my annual checkup and my cholesterol levels are NORMAL! NO MEDICATIONS NEEDED! This is the first time it's been normal in a few years. I did a lot to change my eating habits - lowered saturated fat intake, increased flaxseed powder intake, etc. but these capsules DEFINITELY helped. Highly recommend!

Every psyllium husk supplement I’ve bought requires a handful of pills- this gets a whole serving into one pill. 10/10

This product did nothing for me, but probably made things worse. I took these supplements for over a month and had no positive results.

I am surprise at how fast this product has worked for me. I read that psyllium husk is great for appetite control and for the last two or so I noticed that my appetite is down. I don’t feel full but I don’t feel hungry at all. I didn’t put the two together until a few days ago when I realized, omg this is working! My belly is flatter and no bloating. I will definitely continue to use this product.

Psyllium husk fiber has been a part of my diet for several years. A doctor recommended I take it to help with diverticulitis and it works really well for me. I ordered these capsules for convenience during travel. It would be much easier to carry capsules over bulk powder.The bottle contents are somewhat protected with tamper resistant and safety seals. The tamper resistant seal was on the cap only. The expiration date is far enough out to easily consume the 60 day supply. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day. The capsule size and type is similar to other dietary supplement capsules available. They are tasteless and odorless. The contents, of the individual capsules, is a light tan powder. The bottle states 3000 mg per capsule but the supplement facts state 2400 mg per capsule?I am very disappointed by the amount of psyllium husk fiber contained in one serving. The capsules are small and not filled completely. I emptied one capsule next to my regular recommended dose of 5 grams of bulk powder. There is not even close to enough to be effective. For me, these psyllium husk fiber capsules do not meet my expectations.

Has no after taste and no flavor, easy to swallow and its working.
