Water seemed warmer then what this thermometer showed so compared against another thermometer and this consistently showed lower by a few degrees. Even taking this into consideration, using it for less than a minute per day, it quit working after a few weeks. Batteries changed with multiple brands and still would not come on. Good idea but I would not recommend this.

It’s nice to know if it’s too hot or too cold. We usually try to have the temp for our boy about 97. He loves to play with it too. No on or off switch just put it in the water and it turns on the. Out of the water for a bit and turns off.

Lasting long, clear screen, easy to use. This is my fourth baby thermometer. Superior. I would say it reads 94-95 as “cool” but that’s a temp we feel safer using for our baby. So maybe just be cognizant of what it reads as good/“green” as 100F seems too hot for a little one.
