This jump rope is awesome! I like the adjustability. Trim to your size. But if you want a little more slack, there is extra inside the handles, making it flexible. You aren’t locked in to the size you cut.Comes with two ropes in case you mess up cutting it to size or if you wanna share with someone a different height or just wanna mix it up.The handles are great. Thin, good soft grip, easy to hold.

Liked the ability to adjust length as needed......compliments my heavy ropes....good for practicing speed drills and beginner rope tricks

I bought this as a gift for my trainer and he LOVES it. He takes jumping rope to a much different level than I do. I'm still in the first grade doing baby jumps and he's gone Olympics with it lol. A lightweight rope that can be extended/adjusted very easily.

I am not in the best physical shape, and I wanted to get a jump rope to help me get some good cardio in. I am not very good at using it, BUT, this seems like a decent, quality rope, and the tightening mechanism is very good and very simple. As a beginner, this might not have been the best rope to start with, but I don't have any complaints about it, and it's served me well so far. Just hoping I can get better and faster with it in time!

I've been speed jump roping for as long as I remember. I can do doubles and crosses, and jump for several minutes. I had a jump rope that worked great but somehow got lost when I moved. So I was in the market for a new one. This one seemed promising so I got it. It comes with the handles and two ropes. The handles and wire/rope are sturdy and it's easy to attach the wire/rope to the handles' self locking mechanism. They stay in very tight and there were no issues with the rope falling out. This was great! But the issue is in the performance. After a few rotations, the rope would twist, hit my leg and I'd have to stop to readjust it. And I think the wire is just a tad too light for me it wasn't in sync with my rotation and jumps. Anyway, it may work for someone else, but it didn't work for me which was a real bummer. But the quality of material seemed good so gave it an extra star.

I thought I would like to start jumping rope to augment my workouts -- this looked like it was good quality, with ball bearing handles and easily adjustable length. Since I have no idea what I'm doing, I wanted something that would be forgiving and simple to adjust. The rope locks on the handles work amazingly well, and very quick to adjust. Overall I am very impressed with this rope, however I don't know that it's the best for me. Maybe I will try putting some long plastic beads on the rope so I can see where it is, to time my jumps and get used to the mechanics? Even though I jump very badly, I am still able to get my heart rate up, and it's nice that I'm not whipping myself or getting bruises or welts on my shins when I miss.Because the shortcomings are due to my own physical limitations, it would not be fair to rate this rope lower to account for my lack of success using it, at this point. I just have to up my game, I guess, and I don't see this rope holding me back. Five stars.

Well I haven’t jump roped for 30 years and thought I get this one to start since my doctor recommended as one of excises to do. While the jump rope itself was light and easy to handle, I think it will take me sometime to get used to the thin wire type rope , it just feels different contained to the traditional rope. But other than that, it’s easy ti handle and compact.

I think the ropes a little too heavy, and also doesn’t spin that smooth either. It’s not that the rope is bad or anything it’s just not the greatest. i’d prefer to use a nylon rope.

Das Seil an sich ist in Ordnung, auch wenn das Kugellager ziemlich viel Spiel hat, wodurch man selbst mit dem dünnen Seil bei jedem Schwung einen kleinen Ruck in der Hand spürt.Wirklich ärgerlich ist aber, dass die Legierung des Seils nach nicht mal einer Woche bereits kaputt ist - das pure Material wird dann schnell brüchig und bekommt Knicke beim Schwingen.
