The media could not be loaded. Good quality Good size fairly easy to put together. Definitely definitely works great had lower back pain from working staying on my feet. Too much heavy lifting heavy carrying laid on it for 20 minutes and almost fell asleep. It was so relaxing. Relieved my lower back pain instantly. Definitely recommend a good quality great price.

This back stretcher is great. I like that it is adjustable so depending on how much stretching I want to do I change adjust it to my liking.

It’s easy to use but very difficult to assemble.

This product works well. It doesn't crack every bone in your spine like in the viral videos, but it gives a good stretch. There's 2 settings on it, I like to use the higher one but it's up to preference. It has a foam piece in the middle so that your back doesn't hurt which is a nice feature.

This back stretcher is great. I used to bend over backwards on the arm of my couch to try and stretch and crack my back but now I use this. I’m sure most people use it on the floor but I have a firm bed so I just put it on my bed and lie on it for a bit and it helps to stretch out my back when it feels tight and sore. I like that it is adjustable so depending on how much stretching I want to do I change adjust it to my liking. I also use it sometimes while sitting at my desk on the lowest level to stretch and help correct my posture. Oh, and the massaging acupressure bumps and foam cushion in the middle are a nice touch. Also, I’m a big guy and this can support up to 400lbs. It’s really easy to use and adjust, too.

This was not an effective back stretcher

Easy to set up, sturdy enough to hold over 200 pounds, takes some getting used to. Still recommend it as it does give relief.

Really like the adjustability. Overall easy to use.
