I purchased this back brace for our son who is a barber and stands all day! From the first day to yesterday, about 32 days of use, he has not complained of the excruciating sciatic pain he was experiencing! I am so thankful that he has found relief.One thing in particular he described about the back brace; “it (back brace) keeps me feeling that I’m not moving in every direction at one time!” He has been feeling so much better that he forgot to put it on last night! I have kyphosis (treated by a spinal fusion), osteoarthritis, and a pars defect in my lower back. Suffice it to say I live with chronic pain and will for the rest of my life. I've only had this brace for a few days but already am experiencing relief. I have been able to relax my back in a way I haven't felt in years. It is a little awkward/difficult to like bend down or sit down, etc. but that's because I've been doing those actions in a way that sacrifices my lower back health so this brace is helping me correct it. This is helping my lower back rest and it is incredibly comfortable (which I wouldn't have guessed what with there being a posture correction element). I am wearing this in my free time and may build up to wearing it at work. Will update later on after long-term use.
