We bought this as a curio piece in Alaska. However, after using it on a variety of foods, we use it all the time! With all the hot sauces out there, the kelp-based sauce stands out. It has a unique flavor we enjoy. Every time we use it, it reminds us of our Alaska vacation!

I love this sauce, discovered it thanks to a family gift of a pack of products from Barnacle Foods which I really enjoyed and have been hooked ever since. This was my first time ordering it from Amazon instead of directly from Barnacle Foods, and one of the 3 bottles arrived broken with its contents fully spilled out. I still have two, but it's not exactly what I paid for.The 3 bottles were in a relatively thin cardboard package, itself just wrapped into a plastic Amazon shipping bag without any extra protection. For comparison when I ordered from Barnacle Foods the bottles were always individually wrapped in paper and very well protected overall.

This stuff is SO good! I had the piri-piri sauce at a friend's house and it has such an interesting flavor and it is just addicting. Like some of the other reviewers said, it is good on eggs, pizza, oysters and pretty much everything. I bought the variety pack to try the other flavors and can't wait to try them!

So good on seafood, oysters, shrimp cocktail or even in eggs!! Full of Big flavors , I tried it on a restaurant and had to order it!!!

Good but alittle expensive

I’m a connoisseur of hot sauces and I love this series, especially the Serrano. They are very flavorful and I love that they are produced in Alaska with seaweed. We need to utilize our oceans wealth of nutrients that are more sustainable than land crops.

Probably one of the best mild heat, full flavor sauces I’ve had in a long time. I discovered this brand in Alaska at a taco spot. It made the taco one of the best I’ve ever had. Now I use it on eggs, pizza, soups, etc. true LT simple and delicious.

The kelp gives this hot sauce a delicious umami flavor that is very unique. I love it. It is a little odd the Serrano is hotter than the Piri Piri. My only wish though is for even hotter versions - habanero based please.
