Good Product That Does What it Should and is Easy to Use
It looks like a bottle of water and is almost odorless but it works. I wondered if I was putting snake oil in my espresso machine. I mean I can't see in the boilers so how could I know whether this stuff works? Well I had a little bit left over in the tank so I poured it into my kettle and after a few minutes the limescale was gone and the stainless steel wasn't damaged at all.So in conclusion. Mix this bottle with a litre of cold water and follow the instructions on your espresso machine and it will clean out all that nasty limescale.

Tiny. And therefore useless
I'm sure if you are just de-scaling a kettle this would be ok. But the bottle is tiny. My own fault for not really reading the products but you would need a good few to descale a commercial boiler.

It didn't work :(
I bought it because the price seemed good and I was hoping it would work but unfortunately it didn't. I am really disappointed :(
