I made sure to add as much media as I could because I am that online shopper who is always skeptical of buying a product just because I am very indecisive. And I am that way because you never truly know if a product is going to fit or feel or do as describe. I usually base my buying off the reviews and comments of past buyers to make my final decision. So here is my review to spread upon other buyers.SIZE..:Unless your sizes are exactly to the “T” of a measurement On the size chart, I would suggest getting one size higher than your normal size. if your reading size medium measurements for example and your just a tiny bit off, don’t risk it, get one size up!! This material is not very stretchable , it either fits, or it doesn’t. I have experience with this type of material in the past. And you want to make sure you get a size that fits.ALSO LADIESS!If you have thick thighs that save lives or a pretty big butt, there’s no shame in ordering a size up just for that fact alone. For instance , the way my body is proportioned, my waist is skinny but my behind area is puckered and round, also I do have thick thighs, what can I say :).. lol but just because that fact alone, normally I am a size large, but I ordered an x large because 1. I know this is made small and 2. I know that my behind area isn’t the smallest.But it came and it actually fit like a glove! Around my stomach area it may have buckled up a tiny bit but that’s because the x L fit my legs good not so much my stomach area WHICH was fine because it fit good regardless!!MATERIAL:The material didn’t feel cheap to me, I had no chemical reaction , my skin isn’t sensitive so. It comes with Velcro on top of your shoulders , which some people don’t like but I LOVED IT. That made it easier to slide on and easy to adjust however tight you wanted it to fit which I also loved. I went for a walk with it on then hit the gym and I sweat a whole bunch! It was not so hard to put on or to take off. Also, my boyfriend commented saying it fit my body great! So if he says it fit great THEN IT DID! Ladies you want it to fit snug not loose.DURABILITY:Like I said LOVED the Velcro , it made it easier to take on and off. The outfit itself withheld almost 4 hours of wearing it and nothing leaked through, the sweat stayed inside the suit. During my exercise the Velcro didn’t come undone, it stayed. I was able to move around, stretch, sit.CLEANING:Imagine you just went to the gym and you wore a waist belt, now your home and it’s smothered in your sweat. What do you normally do?You can’t wash a waist belt in your washer machine at home.. no you let it stay open, absorb the sweat with tissue or towel, then dab with a little water and sit to dry.When I took this suit off, it slid right off, as I was taking it off it automatically turn inside out. It’s basically just like a waist belt, Dab it, and let it air dry inside out over night. I wouldn’t put this in the wash unless you REALLY needed too just because you don’t know if it’ll shrink or not. This is already made small.COMFORT:I felt extremely comfortable. No issues with comfort.All in all , I give this 5 starts. It fit great, it does make you sweat. Easy to put on and off. Nothing too difficult. It’s a great product ESPECIALLY for the price.TIPIf you REALLY want to sweat, I’ve ordered a hot cream from amazon as well. There’s different types. A hot cream is like a cream you apply to the area you’d like to sweat like legs, stomach.. and then cover it up with something like this suit. DOUBLE THE SWEAT.ORDER ONE SIZE UP YOUR NORMAL SIZE!!

I am really enjoying this product. I am 5' 5.5" tall and weigh 140 lbs. I ordered a medium. The fit is perfect and I am able to work up a really good sweat when I workout. It allows for full range of motion when working out and does not ride up or run against your skin. The heavy duty zipper is a great feature and makes it easy to get on and off. The velcro adjustable straps are also a really good feature, especially if you have a longer torso. I have been wearing it every day for two weeks to walk in and while weight training. It is easily hand washed with a little mild soap and a rinse in the shower, hang to dry. This product is also good looking. I ordered black with the pink stripe. I give this product 5 stars for function, comfort, durability, and style.

I wear it when I'm working in the yard. The first thing I will say is go a size smaller than recommended. It is very tight as it should be on my thighs, but the top is WAY too big. I'm not that chunky, but I'm not at my recommended ideal weight. The shorts part fits well, but the top is way too big and the velcro belt part doesn't cinch down enough. I used the recommended sizing by the company, which recommended a 4XL for me. I'm 5'6" tall and about 170 lbs. Again the size was good for the shorts part my hips are about 40", but I would need probably a 2XL for the top, my waist is about 35" with a bra size of 38C. Not sure if this info will help you size your purchase properly, but I hope it does. I wore it all summer last year, while working in my yard 5-7 days a week from sunup to sundown, and I actually lost 20lbs. Obviously I can't say if this product helped in my weight loss or if it was all the activity, but I think it helped at least a little. It definitely makes you sweat a lot.

First, I'll say I felt like it came in a timely manner even though it is from China. I've bought other sauna suits and shirts before. I've paid a bit money for name brands that were so-so. This on the other hand runs neck and neck with the better brand names. It's well made and the stitching looks reinforced and the material is not too thick or thin. I feel like it could last a long time. When I put it on it gives just enough in the fabric to feel comfortable when working out or walking but firm enough so you're not spilling out all over the place. If bold enough you could do this with a sports bra and underwear if you like. I usually do that and then put on a loose t-shirt and basketball shorts over the top. No one knows I have it on unless I tell them. So it's pretty discrete and stays close to the body. Now there is a smell when you receive it. No different from buying new shoes or big Rubbermaid bins. It's that kind of smell and I personally don't find it offensive. With regular use this smell will go away. Or you can give it a soak in vinegar and water (1/4 cup vinegar to a gallon of cold water) in the sink. This will cut the smell, if not eliminate it all together. Also don't wash this thing in the washing machine, dishwasher, or dryer. 😑 Best way to keep the longevity is to let it soak in hot water, not boiling. No soap or detergent. I strip mine off and throw it in the shower and let the water fall on it for a few mins. I then hang it up. It doesn't smell like sweat or rubber and it's good to go once it dries.
