Mixer wisk
Product is very good! It touches the bottom of the mixer and is a lot easier to work with. I’m able to mix without scraping the bottom of the bowl to incorporate the rest of the batter so it doesn’t get missed.

Love it
So happy with my purchase. After moving out of state packers packed mixer in one box and all attachments tn another. After a year they are still missing in action so I had to order replacements. Actual brand name was too expensive so I took a chance on off brand and they are great! Fit perfectly!

Slightly smaller in size than the OEM, but still gets the job done.
2023-11-02 Wire Whip Whisk attachment by GLINK. Compatible with Kitchen Aid. 5-6 quart bowl stand mixers. Dishwasher safe. 5.8"W x 7"H. Stainless steel. So my original Kitchen Aid wire whisk than came with my 600 Series mixer turned out to NOT be stainless steel despite it's appearance. I normally clean by hand immediately after use but it just so happens that we were ready to run a load of dishes so I threw it into the washer. Bad move... The wire whisk came out with all the coating stripped off of it (my dishwasher can get up 500°F in sanitizing mode) and all that was left was the powder coat. I wasn't aware that the OEM was this cheap!I went online to look for a replacement and found that the OEM Kitchen Aid STAINLESS STEEL wire whisk retail for $35. Decided to check Amazon and found this for a lot cheaper ($22 - 10% coupon = $19.80) so I decided to give it try since it advertised that it was compatible with the 600 series mixers. When I compared the two, they appeared to be identical in size to the naked eye. However after washing it and putting it to use, it appears that this replacement by GLINK is slightly shorter and narrower than the OEM one. In the end, I had to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula. To be honest, I had to scrape the sides with the OEM one as well, but I'm scraping more off with this replacement. Not that big a deal since I was scraping regardless of brand I'm using. If you're in need of a replacement, make sure you get stainless steel so that they're dishwasher safe. Sadly to note, KitchenAid replacement parts come in both stainless steel and non. The non stainless steel retails for $20 and the stainless steel one retails for $35 (5-6 Quart). The stainless steel is the better way to go and worth the extra money. If you're on a budget, a non-OEM stainless steel replacement will work just fine if advertised as being compatible with your model. This replacement by GLINK is about 37% cheaper than the OEM and performs well. Oh, and in case you're wondering, I did put this in the dishwasher to clean it before my 1st use. It came out just fine AND I had it on the bottom rack on sanitation mode where temps reach as high as 500°F!

Works great
I bought this after my 10 plus year old mixer wish broke. It fits perfectly, gets pretty close to the side of the mixing bowl and cleans off very easily. Only used once so far but seems sturdy and of good quality.

Broke During Second Use
My old one broke so I replaced it with this one. It was fine for my first batch of oatmeal cookies, but for the next batch, while creaming the softened butter and sugars, one of the wires broke off the center hub. I consider it a total waste of money.

The attachment that I ordered came on time, in great condition. Of course, I made sure that it was compatible with my mixer and it fit greatMy old attachment was very well used and lost its shape. So glad to have a perfect replacement

Really good
This is a solid wire whip. Much better than the aluminum model. Great purchase.

Works well
No complaints really! Esthetically a bit more pleasing as it's shinier than the oem version! The wisk attachments definitely take a beating so it's worth having a couple of them in reserve. As others noted, size and shape is just a bit different than the original, but won't a difference when in use. Quality of the wire seems to be about the same as the original. I wouldn't hesitate getting a second or replacing your original with this.

The same as original; see photos for compatibility
This is a wire wisk that works perfectly in my 20 year old, Kitchenaid five quart, bowl lift mixer, model 4KSM50PWH. When you’re having a big baking session, you don’t want to waste time washing a wire wisk to make another batch and It would be nice to have an extra one to use. If you’re looking at aftermarket accessories for your mixer, you must be wondering: does it fit and how does it compare to the original (i.e. OEM)?The listing lists some model numbers that should be compatible and it says it should work with five to six quart, bowl lift mixers, but they made so many different models over the years that you should look at my photos to confirm it’s compatible because I measured the width of the wires (4-7/8”), total height (7”) and width of the base (1-5/8”) so that you can compare it with your existing one to see if it’s the same. You should also look my photos of the base and how it attaches, to make sure it’s the same.I also show photos of this shiny new one (on the right) versus my 20 year old wire wisk (on the left). You can see in the photos that they are virtually the same except for the finish. The OEM one is a couple millmetres taller and thinner than this aftermarket one, but the difference is so slight that it won’t make a difference (you can’t even tell in the photos). The thickness of the wires are also the same, and the wires are solidly attached to the base.In summary, it’s virtually indistinguishable from the original at a lower price.
