Had some trouble getting it to turn on. I had to use a specific plug in my house to get it to charge initially for some reason. Almost sent it back but glad I didn’t. If it doesn’t charge try a different outlet. Both had power but one worked and other didn’t was weird

Overall this is a great watch, plenty of activities and the touchscreen works flawlessly. The screen looks good, almost jealous of my SW, it is a good size, sharp and descent resolution. It has good sound and easy to set alarms.My only gripe is we bought this watch because of the unicorn background. (my daughter actually picked it out)That background is not one of the backgrounds that come with this watch! But my daughter still loves it once she learned what else it can do.

This smart watch was a hit with my nephew. He loves to track his steps and the games. However, after a few weeks the watch "died" and he was very upset. We could manage to restart, as if it was the first use.

I got this for my 5 year old daughter. First thing, I was a little concerned that it might be too much for her when I noticed how “big kid” it looked. It’s basically an exact replica of my brand new Apple Watch! However, she had it figured out in no time. Her face when it announces the time is priceless. 😊 It’s durable, holds a charge well, and has tons of games that are fun and engaging. I recommend 💯👍🏻

We got this as a gift for my kid and she used it once. It hasn’t charged/turned on. When it worked it was great, but I’m not sure why it won’t turn on anymore.Update: they quickly and without issues replaced the faulty watch with a new one that works great!

I bought this watch for my daughter for Christmas. She loved it at first, but then it died, and no matter how long I charge it, I cannot get it to turn back on. Very disappointed.UPDATE: I reached out to the seller about my issue and they were able to send me a replacement (without having to return the broken one) within a week. They were super responsive and very kind and responsive.Second UPDATE: The replacement watch did the same thing. After a couple of months, the watch stopped working and wouldn’t turn on again, even after charging. Not worth the money.

I got this for my boyfriend little boy for his birthday and absolutely loves it . I love it for him because it keeps him off his tablet. It has fun little games for him to play and even a camera. I love that he can take pictures and also audio. It’s also great that has educational information on it to! I highly recommend for the age groups of 3-5!!

The watch has many attractive functions for children, but the battery is terrible because the charge does not last, it seems as if the charge was damaged.
