These are better than command strips!! Just makes a tiny hole in the drywall, but SO secure. I had trouble with the command strips falling off because the surface wasn't smooth. After about 4 unsuccessful tries, I bought these and no more trouble. The sharp point easily penetrates the drywall.

I've used the original Hercules Hook for years, but I prefer how this hook looks more finished when it's installed. I used them to hang over the door pockets on a wall, and it makes the top hooks more functional.The wire of these is quite thin and bends during installation. After I make the hole, I pull the hook back out and bend it into a closer "C" shape, then reinsert it. Bending it will make the end contact the inside wall and not swing around.

The hooks are difficult to push through the wall and stick out much farther than typical hooks. This would work great for very heavy open backed wall hangings like a painting in a stretcher frame with no back. Otherwise it would stick out awkwardly far from the wall at the top.

These work well to hang things in hollow drywall without having to worry about anchors which is super convenient. I prefer the type that are just an open ended hook vs. the curved end on these, but they still work fine. Good pricevtoo for such a large pack.

A friend of mine gave me a couple of hooks to try recently, and I was very impressed with the easy installation and sturdiness of the hook. This brand was more affordable and they function just as well. As others have noted, it’s best to drill a very small pilot hole, or use a small nail, and instead of trying to poke a hole with the hook itself. As the website picture show, the hook does stick out a little bit, but no more than other plastic hooks. I did bend the part of the hook that is visible outside the wall so that it would be more vertical instead of diagonal, and it helped reduce how the hook stuck out. These were also very easy to remove, and the hall is much smaller than using a traditional wall anchor. They are also really easy to use two or more hooks are needed for larger or have your objects, as it is very easy to line them up and keep them level.

These work great on drywall. Installation is easy if you open a hole with a nail before putting the hook wire through.

I figured these would be spring steel but they're just bent wire.Returning them because they're useless to me.
