Disappointed Customer!!!
After receiving my mother and fathers memorial granite stone I was disappointed in the quality of the picture.It was not very clear and had blemishes on their faces, I wish I would have been informed after the final process that it might not look clear.I feel the production person(s) could have tried to fix or at least contact me to see if I might want to use a different picture.I would not recommend this for money it cost." Do your homework first."

Very nice quality
It is a beautifully made memorial/monument. I am absolutely happy with what I recieved. The quality and quick shipment was higher than I expected. My request was a little different than normal but they made it as I requested for my ancestor. Very pleased and highly recommend them if you need a small memorial/monument.

Beautifully done! Customer service was amazing. We played email tag several times trying to get the perfect picture, that would look great on the stone, rather than just using the one that I sent, and making a bad looking stone, they actually made the extra effort to make sure it was perfect. I would highly recommend this.
