Fantastic company! Great little light! Excellent customer service!
You can't find a good light that is more simple and yet so powerful. Very easy to secure, very easy to remove, no need for batteries! And very bright. Just a great little light. I obviously had agreement on the trail, as I only had it a month and a half before it got swiped from my bike; (my bad: I failed to slip the light off the bike and into my pocket to take with me, even though both removing and securing this light is very easy to do). I explained the situation to Tom Knoblaugh and he offered me a free replacement, from URG, for the first light that got swiped! Just a great company!!I I am purchasing a second one as well, for my sister, who also loves to ride. The light came with a 20% discount "Thank you" card, for my next URG purchase, which will be that light. We have tried other lights from Bell and the Zefal Manta light set, which both have a tiny fraction the lumens of this one. I wanted something compact and simple, with a nice secure rubber strap, just like the easy-peasy little Bell Arella light, but not so weak. This URG light is so much brighter. The Zefal Manta set requires you to borrow a tiny, tiny screwdriver from a mouse in order to change the batteries. Better not lose that tiny little screw! Same size as eyeglasses screws. The Zefal is not nearly bright as this one either, and the Zefal light is too big and bulky; difficult to get on and off the bike, too. This URG light is perfect in every way: NO batteries! NO screws or compartments to lose, NO trouble getting it onto the handlebars, NO flopping around like the heavy Zefal light. It is small and compact and easy to remove, like the Bell Arella, but SOOOO much brighter! Yet it takes into account oncoming traffic and is designed in such a way as to not blind drivers. I also think the rubber strap is perfect; it locks very securely and does not jiggle like other lights do. It holds firmly, but I can also tighten it just the same as a belt buckle, too. The rubber stretches a little, for a tight grip. The light can also slide off, from it's base, so just the light itself can slip into your pocket, like a flashlight. Very simple. Very bright. No batteries needed. A great purchase.

Good quality and reasonably priced
I do have a foldable bike and this headlight does not hold steady as another reviewer mentioned. I believed it was caused by the slightly smaller diameter of the handle bar. I must say this is a very strong bright light. Didn't get to test it under wet condition and I do not have a number for how long it will last on a single charge. Can these lights take abuse like rain, dust, vibration and shock? Only time will tell.Next is the tail light. It is also pretty good and it lasted more than 10 hrs and I stopped the test as I knew I won't be out riding for more than the tested duration. Somehow I found the rubber strap that came with the tail light is not well designed. Putting it on is a little frustrating at time but it is doable.Lastly the rubber plug/seal for the USB port is a little too loose and I did accidentally pulled it off the unit once.UPDATE: 4/5/2018After seeing my review. Alex from the URG Team contacted me and told me that a new and better improved strap will be in the making. Once it is ready I will be informed and I will be able to test it. This is what I called customer service. Knowing that I do have a problem with the USB port on my light, he immediately sent me another tail light and I felt so pampered by URG. For this reason, I had decided to change from a 4 STAR rating to a 5. With such a company and team that back up their products, I am confident that they care about their customers and also are always trying to make their products better. Keep it up URG. And again thanks for the tail light Alex.UPDATE: 7/26/2018I was sent a new version of the strap and I will have to say this one is a lot stronger and it will give better gripping on the handle bar. Hopefully it will last as I am afraid the rubber strap will snap as I had to stretch it quite a fair bit as my handle bar diameter is smaller and the material of my handler bar is also very smooth.

Very bright and stable headlight
Since these lights recharge via USB cable, the first thing I did was fully charge both, then time how long each took to run down. The headlight lasted 6 hours on full brightness before going dim, as URG claimed it would. I didn't time the lower settings, figuring they'd definitely be longer than 6 hours. The taillight is very bright, with a couple of brightness and flash settings. I couldn't run the full battery drain test because the light would simply shut off after about 3 hours operation. I could turn it back on and it still seemed plenty bright, but I was unable to get an accurate duration for the taillight.Mount and removal of each are simple tasks, and they hold firmly to handlebar or seat post. The rubber plugs that cover the USB ports are rather fragile - I felt that I could easily pull them completely off either light if I wasn't careful. I have not ridden in heavy rain yet, but I think these plugs will provide sufficient protection from moisture. All in all these are bright and stable lights, that easily attach and detach. Charging time is quick.
