We purchased this stone as a memorial for my mother and we could not be more pleased. The picture and text are beautiful. The stone and post are extremely well made. They demonstrate excellent quality and craftsmanship. This memorial has been in place outside since June 2021 and it has not faded or deteriorated in any way. The seller was able to bring my vision to life and was very flexible and accommodating of what I wanted on the memorial stone. As well as making sure it was absolutely perfect before it was finalized. The stand is very strong and sturdy and it allows the memorial stone to easily slide in and out. The memorial stone case also has a strong stand that allowed it to be hammered in the ground. I am extremely pleased with how this came out. The media could not be loaded. Absolutely beautiful it came in just 1 week (faster than expected) it’s exactly how I wanted it & everyone in my family loves it. Same material as other headstones. It’s been through rain & snow but it still exactly the same. Strongly recommended

It did not look like the picture I sent in, they said after I contacted them that the picture was not clear, if they felt that way whey did they not ask me for another one before completing the order. This was important to me it was about the loss of my sister. Also not being able to call them does not make since to me for customer service. really dissapointed.
