The memorial stone is beautiful and totally exceeded my expectations. Please keep in mind that unless you submit a high quality, high resolution photo the photo will look grainy on the actual stone. I knew this before I purchased the stone and I was ok with that. The proof that was sent the photo was very clear, but it was just a computerized image, it wasn't the actual photo on the stone. The photo on our stone is grainy, but we absolutely love it! It was securely packaged, no damage whatsoever. The customer service was excellent and the shipping was extremely fast! Overall, very pleased with our memorial stone! I have already recommended them to several people.

I bought this for my friend’s grave to replace the one put there by the funeral home while her husband decides what type of headstone or bench to put there. I was so excited at how well it turned out! Our weather in Oklahoma is crazy and with the great craftsmanship, this piece is sure to last a long while. When I presented it to her husband for an anniversary gift, he was in tears that I would still want to take care of both of them. We just placed it out at the cemetery yesterday and it looks great. I highly recommend this company and will definitely recommend them!!

We had a plaque done for my sisters gravesite until we get her headstone. It was beautifully made and had a good weight to it. The writing and picture came out great. The only thing I wish was a little different is the stand it comes with. The stand is sturdy and comes with locking bolts but the plaque is loose inside of it. Also there is no top to it so the plaque can just be taken out. Maybe they can adjust this for future orders. Other than that it was perfect and we really appreciate how nice it came out. The wait for it also wasn't bad, less than two weeks with shipping. Thank you!

Christy got very tired of me for sure because this is my dad… this has to be right. I worked with her for an entire month getting my revisions made. She’d make them but it would cause some other problems, like shifting pictures to the top edge or to the side, or something wasn’t centered, etc. Overall, I love it and I would do it again, though I wish I could create it on my own software. I know my dad would love it too so I recommend them - just be patient and know it may take many proofs before you get what you envision.

My sister’s and I all liked how our granite stone turned out. I asked if they could add a picture of some daisies and they found the perfect ones. It was nice to be able to preapprove the design before they finished it. Also came a week before the estimated delivery time. We are very happy with the finished stone.

I love my product and the craftsmanship that was put into itwe are placing this on my fathers grave site.the only thing I didn't like was the shipping time not by the sellerbut but USPS i tracked it to so many states it shouldn't of went to.
