This are on like year three, and still going strong! They make a cute little pathway on the side of my privacy fence. The design is adorable and puts off a decent amount of light.

As you can see in the photos I have modified these lights to suit my requirements.1) spray painted white to look better on our white wall. Be careful, the gold coating on the inside of the light runs when coated with the spray paint. Either protect the inside of the light or be prepared to apply a few coats of paint.2) as many people have noted the pattern is smaller than the suppliers images. I used a 1/2" PVC pipe joiner and a longer screw to move the light about 1.5" away from the wall. The photo shows the result, the light is mounted 18" down from the top of the wall.So far I have purchased 6 of these lights and the oldest pair are still working since early November. However, already one only lasts a few hours in the dark. They get a lot of direct sun so I suspect the battery is defective, luckily it is a NiMh AA and can be replaced easily.I have not exposed them to rain and I don't believe the construction of the solar module will provide much protection in a rain storm.So far I am reasonably pleased with these lights. I am giving a 3* review because of the misleading images and a potential battery issue. I just hope they last.

Long lasting light. Looks exactly like the picture.

the design is absolutely lovely, but,,,very small on the wall so not like the picture. i place them on my outdoor wicker glass top table. they add a little light and a nice design. i have also used them in the evening on my indoor table. another is i have placed them on the cooldecking around the pool. nice for sitting, wish they would have a bigger design for the wall.

I thought these would be SO AWESOME!! They worked for one night. Next night, one quit. Bought and changed out battery. It worked again. 3rd night, another light out. Put in new battery in not only new one that quit, but also the other two needed a battery change as well. This means that I now have to change out the batteries everyday for light. I thought they are so pretty, I'll do it. Wrong! They stopped working even with newly charged batteries, or worse yet, you change them out and they light for about a minute and quit working. I spent a fortune for these lights. There were only 40$ for junk. Go outside with 40$ in your hand and throw it into the wind. It would be more satisfying than these poorly designed, stupid non-working lights. I can't believe I kept them!! STUPID ME!!

I just love these. It’s still chilly here in the evening but I go sit outside every night anyway and just admire them. I keep moving them around though and every time I do I like them even more in each new spot.

Was really disappointed with the size. The shadow the picture shows is not that large. We have a white fence and have had to move these (which is very easy to install) down to where we placed it in the center of our fence but it did not make much of a difference. The color is ok. They just need to be larger in size.

I really like these. I think work great. My house is not flat so I had to come up with an idea so they would look like the pictures, but I think it worked out pretty good.
