Came with battery, colorful, he loved the little people and all the sounds! Wonderful to watch him

The mixer was very fun to play with. I have two year old grandsons and they loved putting the pieces in the right holes. They also loved pulling it by the string attached to it. With two little boys playing with it it seems very durable and is a good price for the money. I definitely recommend this to other people!!

This is the sweetest toy for my ambulance obsessed toddler. He especially loved being able to take the "patient" in and out of the back on the stretcher. It felt very old school fisher price with it's simple design and color scheme.

This toy ambulance is adorable and fun with lots of fun features like the siren, play medical equipment and stretcher. Only negatives are the doors are difficult for my toddler to line up and close independently as they fit together like puzzle pieces. Would not recommend for young kids who still put things in their mouth as the characters heads come off easily- big choking hazard for little ones. Overall great toy; durable and great value for price- would definitely buy again.

A high quality toy that makes 3 different sounds and has several pieces with different shapes. Both girls enjoyed playing with it.

I recieved this toy for my 2 year old today. Very impressed with the look of it and my son was engaged right away. The wooden blocks are made well and the lights and noises work. However the turn crank handle that is supposed to turn the cement mixer came already broken. It spins around but doesn't turn anything. I don't want to take away the gift for my son, but super disappointed that all of the toy does not work as purchased.

The description said wood school bus and I really love wooden toys but this one is mostly plastic. The side paneling is wood and the wheels are wood, but the rest of the bus is plastic. The people are all wood with plastic hair. Still gets a 5 from me but I thought that should be noted. It has lights and sounds that excite the little one and the stop sign on the side of the bus can be turned out when the students are loading. There is a pull string, but the string is only 8 inches long so we did not find that useful at all. Really fun toy overall.

My kindergarten students have been playing with this cement mixer toy for the past month and it is a hit in my class! Every day the children enjoy pretend play, driving and other activities with this toy. The mixer that has shape cutouts with matching shape blocks is also a bonus, as they can practice shape recognition and matching skills as well!So far this toy is holding up very well to regular use by 3-5 year old children who sometimes are not the most gentle with it. The back has been opened and closed many times and still functions perfectly.The only complaint is not about the truck itself, but the little people who come with it. They are cute, but their heads easily fall off. I wish they were glued on strongly rather than just being a peg and hole. This was fixed with hot glue easily so no stars off.Overall a nice quality toy that I’m sure will continue to get tons of use in my class. Highly recommended.

This Toy has it all !here is something i have to point out that is just Beautiful... there are NO " GENDER specific ROLES" here in this toy! isn't that amazing?! the two little People are just .. " little people " and that is So so very important because He/She or THEY can all Play and be part of learning ! She brings a few in per day, and gauges how the children react to them, play with them, and their general enjoyment and engagement!So, it seems there are 5 trucks in this series (or that seller has), including "Car Carrier", "Fire Truck", "Garbage Truck", "Cement Mixer" and "School Bus". I have to say that all are well made, very solid, and will last. Solid wood and strong plastic, easy to wipe down/clean, bright colors and kids love them!Now, lets get down to how this item did . . . School BusThis had to be, without a doubt, the children's favorite!Pros:When presented with several options, this gets chosen first. Maybe it's the extra little "people" in it, or maybe the familiarity with school and busses. Either way, they love it!The door works smoothly, as does the "Stop" sign, and "people" all fit in their seats.Very solidly built, with solid wood, and hard plastic pieces. Quite rugged and will take a "beating". The colors of the plastic, and of the paint on the wood, is vibrant and bright, and doesn't seem to come off easily (paint)."Driver" and "Worker" in each truck (of series - each has 2) are a different color (for each truck), and the two have different style helmets. Pretty sure the "people" are the standard size for most toys like this, that have been around since at least the 70's (and always loved). This one also comes with 3 "passengers", which the kids love!Thankfully, the lights/sounds made, when pressing the button on top, are neither excessively long, nor too irritating, and plays 3 sounds (song/horn/engine). It came with working batteries and a pull-tab so they would not be dead-on-arrival. Regardless, kids seem to ignore the sounds, most of the time, and would happily play with this with no batteries.Cons:Happily, can't say I found any!Other than it should not state "Solid Wood", as I'd say it's easily half plastic!
