If you are looking for a book that dive into the architectural aspect of Ando's design of the Clark Art Institute - you might be disappointed as the narrative focuses more on the challenge in establishing the design team on this project. The photos are taken more on the site analysis around the building instead of the architectural quality, nor the visual experience throughout the space. Don't get mistaken over the book title, as the photos do not resemble much relationship between shadow and light.A diagrammatic floor plan is included near the end of the book, yet without any space identification as to what they are. From a design perspective, you will get more from reading the August 2014 article from Architectural Record.
