Long story short i had to take it almost completely apart to get into my bedroom and once i did i noticed the welds are great and its very well built. Been using it for a few months now and its pretty great. The remote needs to stay lit longer so you can actually see the buttons but thats my only gripe.

Had to replace a part, but customer service was helpful

We were send a defective bed. Not worth the effort to fix for the prices. We called the company and they refused to send out a replacement bed and keeps sending us parts. We just replace the main box under the bed and it’s still not working. It seems that the motors under the bed are broken and need to be replaced. We have to continue to call support for help with more part in hopes the problems will be fixed.Prior to this we had a motorized bedframe that lasted over eight years, very disheartened that after four months multiple electronic functioning under the bed do not work. This an extremely stressful, situation since the bed is frozen in an Awkward position.

Bed frame was super heavy, Queen size definitely a two person job. It was all set up and the remote was working. Lights on the bed box underneath and power cord was lit green and still it didn't function. After checking youtube if this is your problem then do this. On the power cord there is a flat/pair blue button. Push that and on the remote hold down buttons foot up and head up same time and you'll hear a beep. Then all worked just fine.

Initially I wasn't even sure we got the right frame. The 'wall hugging' is a bit decieving.. it does go back.. ever so slightly but not nearly enough to reach anything on a nightstand. I ended up getting over bed table on wheels to keep near the bed to put things on. Otherwise we do like the frame. Our original shipment did not include a power cord and we used one we had from an old recliner that thankfully fit. We also did not receive the correct remote. We did eventually get a power cord after several messages back and forth and they shipped a second remote but yet again we got an out dated older remote. When we went to write the sellers again we got a message saying we could no longer contract them as they had left Amazon or could otherwise not be reached. All around a very frustrating experience at this price point.Also for some reason this says we got the full.. we did not.. we got the King.. so not a cheap sale at all.
