As an owner of two more of the Netvue line up by far this has been the easiest setup. Simple straight forward directions making setting up a breeze. Once installed, easy by the way also, operating is very easy also. I like how we get 30 days of cloud giving us an opportunity to see how the cloud works with recording of the videos. If we weren't interested in cloud we have another option of viewing recorded vids by a SD card. The video picture in daylight or night it self is picture perfect even at a distance. 2 way Microphone on to talk is very clear as well. Motion and noise detection is wonderful catches everything in site. . I havnt missed a move or a beat. Based off setup,picture quality and ease of use I'm rating 5 stars. Anyone looking for an affordable good cam wether it be for security or pet viewing etc., would encourage you to buy this one. You will not be disappointed.

This Vigil 3 cam is my 8th or 9th Netvue camera purchase. They are great quality cameras at such an affordable price.This is by far my favorite. There are a couple new features that are great! The bright white light you can turn on and the siren are awesome.The pics I included one is with only the light on and the other with my string lights on. Both great quality.The alarm is not the loudest but it’s loud enough to scare anyone off that is trying to break in.I give this a 5 out of 5 on the product. The only thing I wish is they would offer a better playback feature for sd card. I don’t want the subscription and currently it is not user friendly trying to rewind and Ffwrd through recorded video.

I have several NetView cameras, and they have been reliable with no significant issues. Resolution is good and even without using the night vision, the nighttime videos are decent. Setup is easy with the app. However, the bracket on this camera was defective. I missed the return window on Amazon, but contacted their customer service, and they sent me a new camera.

Battery charged to 100% and only last approximately 1 week when I was told would last 3-4 months before I purchased

This is my 5th camera and first Vigil 3. The other cameras are the older Vigil. This Vigil 3 is super speedy, great video and was a breeze to setup. It also has the web-interface tech in it so you can use a computer to see the video. The cool thing is that the motion alarms are short videos rather than a still image. Sometimes the older Vigils were slow to respond, but this Vigil 3 gives you video in almost the same instant as when you bring it up on your phone! Thanks Netvue!!

I like it it very clear... and zoom in really far.. and it have a siren... it a plus. I will buy more

Make sure you use a legit SD card.

This is pretty good outdoor camera. I helped install it for a business and it is very easy to set up. Installation of the app was straight forward. I had an issue connecting but I realized my wifi information was not correct. Make sure to use 2.4 ghz. Overall a good experience. Came with a free month of continuous recording which was good. Nice mic function
