Work fine and good value but marks visible without UV
I've used this for marking property in the event of burglary. It shows up very well under UV light (it fluoresces) but is also visible as a clear mark to some degree without UV, particularly on matt black surfaces (hence the docking of 1 star) so just make sure that you park somewhere that might not be routinely visible if that is a problem for you. Other than that very cheap for 5 pens - I only needed one!

Alright, A Bit Thick
These pens upon opening & trying them out one didn’t work so that was binned, they’re stand out with their orange tops so if you stick one in a jar of random pens you’ll easily be able to identify it.The pens do leave like a faint watermark after use so it’s best to try your best to use in hard to see areas. The stickers I don’t really get as if you put a sticker on saying that the item is ‘Traceable’ the first thing I’d think of is UV markings if everything else seemed to be normal! Now the pens are bold so they write pretty thick sometimes leaving you with little room to really use that you easily could easily use with a finer UV pen & the thickness of the nib gives you trouble when writing the number 8 for example or any number or letter with a space in it for example: p, e, 6, d, 9, q you get the idea, they work alright I’d have certainly preferred a much finer pen nib.And don’t end up doing what I did & marked loads of completely unnecessary things!

really good
really great and shows when uv isn't too bright, can see a faint water mark on the walls when the light refracts but its not really an issue at all

GREAT MARKERS
I can say very little about these other than they do the job over security marking on things we need to cover. They are pens that mark your laptop or tablets and you cannot see under normal vison but can be found under a u-v light.Well worth the money and I would buy again, but they need more stickers with the pens at least 24, not 6.

Fit for purpose and good price.
Had read that birds can see UV light so rather than buy stickers for my patio doors I thought I'd give this a go in the hope of stopping any more bird strikes. Cleaned the doors then scribbled all over (outside) and whilst the lines were visible they weren't intrusive. However a week later the UV torch arrived so I tried it and the markings didn't glow, so I tried a scribbling a bit more and this shone OK. The pens are fit for purpose as I could still read a test word I'd written on some packaging indoors but unfortunately it seems the UV degrades in sunshine or just wears off outside. However that was only after one day so will check in a few weeks to see if it lasts. Cheap enough for this experiment and I can mark belongings if I ever get the urge. Incidentally the residue lines came off easily with nail varnish remover. So my patio doors are back to normal - just hope the birds will stop flying into them - fingers crossed!

Great read
Well written book, finished it in a couple of days. It's not all about Breaking, it has an interesting and moving story of his early years. Recommended.
