It’s a hat

I thought I had a normal sized head at least with other adjustable hats I own, however this is best fit for a child. Material is also very cheap. Also this is a 3rd party seller so you cannot return via Amazon, you will have to pay for shipping.

Hat first came in a paper envelope, which they promptly replaced, although I had to buy another envelope for shipment. Hat is too small. Seems like its between a child and adults side. Perfect for teenagers.
