Customer service and speed of shipment from vendor was 5-Star. Product itself worked great for the first two - three nights but eventually ended-up off my face and sometimes stuck to the bed sheets which you're not supposed to let them touch because it drastically depletes the adhesion... and it did. I did wash in warm, soapy water and air dry as directed with mediocre results. If you sleep on your back only, I think this product would be better suited to that sleeping-style so as to avoid inadvertently knocking them off your face and potentially onto your sheets. Or, if you think you can keep the adhesive side from touching any fabrics, you'd have longer-use. The product is designed for stomach and side-sleepers so maybe it's just my face they fall off of. I only applied to clean, dry skin. I had slightly better luck, by a day or two, with my forehead v.s. nasal labial folds. I now use Toute nuit (half-moon shape) with noticeable and reliable results.

While I could see that this product could work in theory, in reality the adhesive did not last even two uses. I woke up in the morning and one pad had already fallen off. I will not buy again.

This innovative product does flatten lines, also my skin feels supple and hydrated. As any product , read directions and use as instructed for best results. I even wear on my chest around the house to insure smooth look.

Love the Sleep Taut patches!! Due to some of my sleeping habits, position, I have a few lines on my neck and clavical that bother me. So I applied them to those areas and in the morning the over night difference is notable!! The lines are smoother. Im excited to keep using to smooth these out. They stay on all night until I remove them. Will definitely find other areas to keep applying them. Compared to other silicone patches, these are more affordable, and applicable to more areas. Love them!!!!
