It arrived on time and once I read the directions and saw where what the different things that they had the different items that they had to go with it I got the ice out of my freezer I unthawed the ice cuz the ice machine jammed I let it dry I did my stove I've fallen in love again I love it

I had to return. The product operates correctly but did not clean anything I tried to clean.

It's a nice little steam cleaner and it does put out a good constant stream of steam for a long time. I tried to clean the grime of the stove top but only managed to get rid of some of the caked on stuff. It does a good job cleaning the bathroom though since there's no grease all over. It will be handy to freshen up some fabric seating surfaces with the attachment but I'll stay with the tried and true cleaning methods of ancient times.

So far it does everything I bought it to do, with absolute ease and I am kicking myself for not buying it in the first place. I bought a more expensive steamer that broke which was a complete pain in the butt to use because it was heavy, painful for me to handle and it took forever to cool down/heat back up once it ran out of water. The hose breaking on it was the best thing to happen because it forced me to buy a new one.

The steamer arrived today and looks perfect. All accessories were included. My struggle is with the On-Off switch. During the first use, steam started pouring out when the lock button was On and the On lever should not (and was not) able to be depressed. It made no difference whether the lock button was on or off. I tried setting the lock button to Off and depressing the On lever several times. That seemed to make no difference. I had to unplug the steamer to stop the flow of steam. I continued to try using the steamer and sometimes the steamer would wait for me to press the lever before starting, but would still not turn off unless unplugged. I can still use the steamer, but it will definitely be much more tedious to use under these circumstances.

When I say not hot enough the steam was lukewarm which didn’t work on my cleaning project.

This product doesn't clean at all! The steam is not strong enough.

I purchased this to help me remove window film. I made an excellent choice! The window film scraped off cleanly and without my frustration mounting! I did a deep clean around the window as well and was surprised at the amount of debris it brought out. The steamer is light weight and easy to manoeuvre for cleaning. I found it easy to operate and the directions were well written and understood. Thank you!

Once I got the hang of this it was a good steamer however the lead is very short so have to have a extension lead with you if you are doing an area such as a settee
