This product has so much potential but is a complete waste. Thermaltake's software for it is terrible!! You have to install the entire bloated RGB control center just to access the screen and it feels like a program from 10 years ago that hasn't been touched or updated since. There are no good settings for this screen, the defined ones suck and can't be altered (other than some of the colors) and there is no option for a custom setup as you can do with just a normal small monitor and AIDA64. Plus, the program would lose connection with the screen randomly and not work, I'd have to restart my system and even reinstall the software to get it working again. And has of now (2/26/2024) there is no support for it in other programs like AIDA64 as with other brand monitors. Then, on top of it you pay $100USD for this thing... It feels like a complete rip-off. I definitely would NOT recommend this product at all. I literally just loaded a blank png image on it and uninstalled the software. So it just sits there doing nothing. Makes me disgusted every time I look at it.

Purchased in white and black for dual computer builds, the software is unintuitive and crashes constantly. One panel never turned on no matter how much troubleshooting was done. The other panel works about 50% of the time the PC is booted. Customer service was unable to find a solution. Neat idea but just doesn't work for a simple plug-and-go panel.
