The media could not be loaded.  The camera does the job and the PTZ function works well. For the price point the features it boasts are good. The app is very easy to set up the camera and the manual is easy to follow through. I set it up first in my outdoor fixture which works great at day time, but, not usable at night because of the IR reflecting back. I set it up temporarily and the camera works great. I feel the camera is a little zoomed in, but, the PTZ feature is great. The video shows the Mobile tracking feature which swings the camera so you get a bigger field of view. Comes inbuilt with a mic/speaker so you can talk with someone at the camera. You can set up alerts in the app. I installed a an SD card. Cloud storage is available for purchase. A pic of the video image is shown here as well. Overall a good camera at this price point.

I waited to give a review because I wasn't sure how I would feel about not being able to use my porch light as an actual light with the camera installed. The quality is great, and even though there's no 'porch light' on, you still have the option to have a light on the camera either stay on, or come on when it's dark/detects sound or movement. The picture is great, and it was super easy to install. Will be ordering another for my back porch as well!

0 Customer service. No way to reach them except email, they refuse to answer. The app is horrible, barely works. It took me a couple of days before it was accepting of my phone number, they will NOT help you in any way. The camera itself has a pretty good picture quality, night vision is good. There's no way to zoom out, only in so on my front porch it will only get the top of peoples heads, not the face. But it will read my license plate in front of the house so that is one good thing.

Could not get the app to work on my android device. Would not even allow my to set up an account. Had to have my wife set up account on iPhone.After finally settling up account on iPhone and getting camera connected. The camera was very disfunctional. Camera would send false alarms all night long. It would trigger off of car lights in the alarm area. The camera would also send alarms triggered from shadows of trees blowing in the wind. All of this happening with the sensitivity set as low as it would go and the alarm area set to about a 2ft square.The final straw came when the disconnected from the phone/wifi/app and after resetting and trying numerous times on both an android device and iPhone could not get the camera to reconnect and operate.Will be returning camera and MAYBE try another brand!

There are a few light bulb security cameras in the market to choose from, this one met my needs, It was easy to install and functioning in no time at all. Very pleased with how everything worked out.I very much liked the fact that no additional AC wiring had to be done, just screw it into your light socket and Bingo Bongo you are all set. After a simple easy to understand installation instructions on your smart phone you are all set to go. They also included accessory extensions in the event you have to extend the camera beyond your light fixture. Very pleased with the purchase.

I like the fact that the camera is steerable with your phone. Pictures are clear and sharp and it can also record audio. I work at night and good clear night vision is a must have for me if I need to see the yard while I am at work or the cars out front when I am at home without opening my front door for my own safety.

Would not connect to 5g wifi. I had to program the wifi to work on 2.4 ghz only for this camera to work. Other than that, it is a little buggy and slow to respond at times but still can't beat it for the price. Oh and wave to China because they can are watching 👋

This is the second security camera I purchased from this company. They both had a great price, and both were very easy to use. The camera connected to my home network, which is a dual band 2.4 & 5 G, without any issue. (I purchased a camera from another vendor that I had to return after it had a problem connecting, so I was very happy with this purchase.) For dual band cameras, the price was lower than any others I found. The light bulb camera did not come with a separate micro SD card but there is a slot available if needed. I would highly recommend this camera to anyone looking for an inexpensive way to increase your security.I have an outside light fixture and I installed the camera in that fixture. The fixture gives it added protection from the elements but that may not be necessary. I have the camera in order to monitor my garage and driveway, especially to watch my cars and their catalytic converters, as thefts in my area have been on the rise.
