These knee supports had an immediate affect on my dodgy knee, holding in firmly in place & therefore reducing any pain I experienced when standing & walking, to a substantial degree. I wear them 24/7 because although they are firm & supportive, they are almost invisible to wear, not causing any pressure problems. I have a temperamental knee. I use the supports to keep my knee warm and reduce the pain. They are not too strong or tight. Would recommend you measure your leg first and go for the support thats nearest.

Although I ordered the correct size, they are slightly too tight but does the job when then are on.

Great knee brace
I like that this brace fits snug but not uncomfortable. Gives great support along side of knee as well as back. I found it fit small and returned the XL and reordered the XXL. Second time was the charm and have worn it twice now on my daily walks and works so well without any discomfort. Stays put and doesn't slide down.
