If you run into vaginal issues again and again, take this everyday and keep your good bacteria in place. I highly recommend this. I make sure I never run out it as this has the right blend of all good bacteria. It works well for me. If I ever start feeling uncomfortable, that day I take 2 instead of 1 tablet and feel just fine after that. That is just me. I am not a doctor. You should take just the recommended dose.

I have tried many brands and varieties and was curious about this one.This probiotic contains 6 separate strains of probiotics that, together, comprise 38 billion colony forming units, which is an impressive amount. The bottle is shelf stable, which means it doesn't need refrigeration. I like this because sometimes I forget to refrigerate my probiotics and then worry that they are damaged or no longer alive.There are 30 capsules included in the bottle, with a serving size of 1 per day. The bottle has no smell. These probiotics also specify that they are made in the US (in an FDA-registered facility), are GMP (aka good manufacturing practices) certified and 3rd party lab tested. This is important to me when choosing a probiotic.Overall, I feel good taking it. By this, I mean I have not noticed any negative side effects. When I take it, I feel I have a good amount of energy and my bathroom trips are very regular.This is a great option if you are on the market for a good quality women's probiotic.

I wanted to help my daughter find a better probiotic over the regular over the counter ones in stores, too give her less issues with candida overgrowth. This one had the most recommended strains and seemed very solid. She had a reaction a few days in, so it was a no go. She had not changed it added anything else to her routine, so we are pretty certain the probiotics caused it. I didn't want to waste them, so I decided to just finish the bottle myself. 4 days in I stared to get a rash. Didn't really think much of it, but it is now all over my body. Very similar to the reaction I have if I take Penicillin. Same with me, the probiotics was the only thing that had changed in my routine. I looked it up, and some people can have a rash, itchy or not, if they're allergic to certain probiotic products. Some articles mentioned that sometimes it could be due to a batch being contaminated with mold, which would make sense, since we're both allergic to Penicillin, which is essentially a mold. So just keep this in mind. I'm sure this could happen with any brand, and I'm sure it's fairly rare.*Update: Since this review was posted, I was contacted by their excellent customer service, and they apologized and asked if I would like a full refund, since they have a 90 day satisfaction guarantee.
