Took a while to post a review only because like most supplements things don’t change immediately. As a full time student who also works and runs a side hustle, this kinda helps me keep me going through the day when i just wanna doze off. Would recommend.

These capsules came safely sealed and had no strange odors when I opened them. I have troubles with larger pills, capsules and the like and these are a bit large for my liking. I have to make sure I drink a glass of water with them to assure they go down. The capsules are clear, the contents a brown color. I haven't noticed any changes since starting these, but have only taken them for a couple of weeks and have missed a day here and there.

I got this more for the GABA as a little stress ease in times my husband needs a little extra relief. i don't really know how well they would work for helping you sleep though with just GABA and ginseng. Doesn't seem like it would do much in my opinion. And it didn't make my husband drowsy when he takes it in the day. However, I cannot really say he felt much of anything after taking these. Some GABA supplements have helped him for sure but this hasn't done much for him.

I was so pleased that these worked so well. I've tried multiple OTC sleep aids that didn't work at all. Recommend

I’m very satisfied. pills were easy to swallow

I would take these in the morning before going to work. I saw that it might be helpful for stress relief and help you just be more calm in general. I felt like I was getting that to a degree, it seemed like it lasted for 4 hours or so. The only downside is these pills have a horrible smell. You definitely have to follow these with some gum.

No bad taste and works good 😊
