The media could not be loaded. Saves a ton of space! They are super sleek and aesthetic and EASILY click in and out between weights. We have used them both for bodybuilding style workouts as well as high-intensity (Crossfit) style workouts and they hold up so well. The price point on these is unbeatable! We actually MADE $200 selling our complete set of DBs and their rack and purchasing this set of adjustable ones. If you are looking for adjustable DBs, these are the best out there.

The dumbbell seems to be solid and well designed, the weight selection couldn't be smoother; just put it on a hard floor, if you put the cradle on carpet or a rug it won't line up and you'll have to push the handle down to change weight. My only problem so far is FedEx; they only delivered one dumbbell and consider the delivery completed. The only reason I wouldn't order from this store again is because they use FedEx.Update: Gronk Fitness contacted me within 24hrs and it turns out the boxes went out on different shipments and the second one arrived the next day. Over the last five years I haven't had a delivery go right with FedEx, but this time was just a hiccup. I would order from GronkFitness again, I just hope they switch shippers.

The ability to change the weights in 5pound increments from 5-80pounds saves space for more equipment. I bought the ash color set. Definitely will want the weight stand soon that way when I rack them it will feel more solid and I wont have to bend over to pick them up. I wouldn’t slam these like u can with rubber weights but they feel solid. Slight loose tolerances in them by design but they don’t feel like they will fall apart on an incline or shoulder press. I trust lifting with them. They are a good size resembling normal dumbbells no matter the weight. The knurled grip is good. They were worth the money since I am lifting in my living room. (Typing this between sets)

Waited almost two years to get these dumbbells. Had to sell all the other dumbbells that had accumulated over many years. These new dumbbells take up way less space, and are super simple to use.GREAT PURCHASE!!

Been using these for a few months now, the quality is amazing and changing weight is very fast. Very little wobble and once removed from the stands the handles lock up. I used powerblocks for about 20 years and this is a huge improvement, feel like normal dumbbells. The one thing you can't do with these is drop them but I never drop my dumbbells so no issue for me.

In-between sets I am writing this review.I researched this for months before I spent the money on this. It's only been a few days working with them but the design is amazing. The engineering behind these dumbbells are nothing short of genius. It came wrapped in Styrofoam so there was absolutely no delivery damage. I was able to put it together in minutes and just like that it's ready to use. I love them!I'll update after a few months of use.

These dumbbells are genuine; they weigh 80 pounds and have the product name on the last plate (fake ones weigh only 70 pounds and have a blank last plate). They arrived in fantastic shape, and the dial pound increments function perfectly. Most importantly, customer care responded quickly to any questions I had about the product. It is an excellent investment for a home gym, and I have no regrets.

These are my favorite dumbbells I have ever used. I wanted metal for the grip because I find the plastic grips on other dumbbells are too bulky. I can grab these just fine and with confidence. It's easy to use once you get them installed. I'm so happy with them!
