I was skeptical of this at first, but was amazed by how great it tasted and way it made me feel. I sometimes have trouble sleeping, but within 20 minutes I was asleep and stayed asleep all night. I highly recommend these.

I used these to help stop me from waking in the middle of the night and to lower my stress levels. I did feel calmer and less stressed than I was but I am still waking in the night. Hoping to use them for a couple more weeks and see if longer term use will help with the sleeping.

These are unusually good - tasty and so far seemingly effective. I take a couple before bed with my only complaint being that you need to remember to take them before you brush your teeth since they are so sugary. Usually I take melatonin to fall asleep due to anxiety but with these I find I don't need it. I like the idea of supporting my body to destress and fall asleep naturally rather than forcing a sleep cycle onto it with melatonin. So far so good - I highly recommend this as a melatonin alternative!

Overall I like these. I do think they’re helpful for stress and sleep as someone who struggles with both. I will say the taste is not the greatest to me. The flavor is ok but there is kind of like a chalky texture to them that I don’t love. It’s not unbearable at all though

These gummies work well for relaxation. They cause the stress to melt away long enough for you to get to sleep. These work better for me than a popular brand advertised on TV. I am able to rest through the night most of the time.

I couldn’t wait to post! I won’t lie first night I did 2, and it was okay. Then I started 3 instead of 2.. and I been out within an hour and half, sleeping ALL night, and just sleeping amazing! I have no nightmares, or anything. I feel refresh after taking 3 of them and sleeping that good! lol
