This worked for me, as intended too. Checked twice, eliminating all competing food sources, thus making this the only hotspot to forage. One of the doors (which are made of thin plastic) had to be trimmed, else it jams against the threshold.I placed dry cat food in the "basement storage", and a little on the first floor. Then placed a spot of advion gel on the second floor. Ive learned a thing or too about the effects of the gel too (not too impressed).The first roundup, I did not use boiling water, but hot water from the tap, which resulted in escapes getting out of control. The second time around, boiling water did the trick. I was a bit afraid the trap might melt or warp from the intense heat of 100°C water, but it did just fine. Can change up bait for infinite enticement. Feeling optimistic about this reusable trap.

Not one single bug crawled into this thing even tho I tried multiple baits and locations; and there were plenty of candidates running about.

I bought 2 and bait for them. They do not work at all. What a waste

Cute but attracted no bugs. I used the recommended bait. Also had to find a rubber band so it wouldn't fall open when being picked up. But it is cute.

I don't know how this product work. I returned.

Worked great! They can get it but they definitely can’t get back out!!

Does not work... bugs walk around it.... sending back for refund... using borax and sugar... that stuff actually works
