Quinoa is one of my favorite foods. You can use it in every meal! I hate cooking and I need a high protein, high fiber breakfast to keep me going until lunch so I decided to add these to my breakfast choices.Pros: Meets nutritional requirements. Minimal cooking. Portability. Shelf life.Cons: Very runny (was hoping for thickness similar to steel-cut oatmeal). Completely devoid of cinnamon flavor. Apples have a nice texture, but there is something... I want to say citric acid? that gives it a sour-ness I don't like.I added some butter to give the texture a thicker feel, and some Chinese Five Spice for flavor. It was an improvement, but unfortunately did not mask the unpleasant sour.

....way too much salt. Hoped this cd be a tasty, quick and easy alternative to Ramen. Nope. Like Ramen it’s a heart attack in a box.

This a great tasting and healthier option. Quinoa has healthier benefits and the small chunks of apple and delicious cinnamon combine with the quinoa to make a great tasting and filling meal option for eating-on-the-go or at work. The spoon comes with it! Eat it as is or heated in the microwave. I loved this item and I am excited to try their other flavors!

My son eats these at school for breakfast or lunch. He loves them! They are portable and come with a little plastic spoon (not great but does work). I love that they store at room temp so I don't have to worry about cold packs.

According to my nutritionist, this grain product is extremely important for our diets currently. This particular blend with apple and cinnamon is also very tasty!

These tasted weirdly like bell peppers and I ended up really not liking the texture.

This product arrived not looking very appetizing and the consistency puree looking but i still gave it a try i did not like it.
