A brilliant, simply written informative bible for anyone who wants to improve their health
Love loved this book! Not just jam packed with interesting and easily digestible (lol) info. Emily has a brilliant light hearted approach to writing. It’s full of funny little anecdotes and keeps the reader wanting to read more and more chapter after chapter.

A really good read and helpful in improving my diet.
I have a gut condition so of course I don't expect this book to solve my medical challenges but I will say the book reads really easily and is well presented. The science under the bonnet is definitely really fascinating and insightful and the practical aspects of this book are really clear and helpful. I've enjoyed reading this and very much hope the suggestions will help me manage my symptoms better in the future.

Brilliantly explained gut information & fantastic advice
So good to read a book on the gut microbiome that is written for non -scientists - so easy to understand and really well explained. Love the jokes and light hearted nature whilst Dr Emily Leeming tackles one of the most important health issues of our times. Everyone needs this book.

At last, a book about healthy eating with a fun cover!!Gut health is clearly a buzz word of the moment but it's not always easy to understand exactly what it means. This book is hugely informative and educational but written in a way that is very easy to digest and doesn't over complicate things/make you feel like a failure before you've begun!

Very easy to digest food advice!
Amazing book for those that want genuinely easy to action advice on how to eat food that improves your mood, energy, and brain power.Really useful stuff in here, and its not asking you to change your diet or do anything crazy. just gives you the tools you need to make far better food decisions.
