Pathetic piece of equipment cost 39.99 plus p and p used once applied for return you get £21 back TOTAL CONWatch out much better products on the market !

Expected something better
It is like small vacuum cleaner with UV light and heat wave. Suction is ok but heat is very weak . Description says is 50 degrees but it is not even close unless you will hold it in one place for long time so maybe it will be . I checked after the purchase that UV to affect mitesneeds to be on for 10 min . In the end of the day only the suction is effective

This lightweight vacuum cleaner is disappointing. It’s not as powerful as I was expecting. Takes a while to vacuum my mattress

May be ok but bit heavy for arthritic hands
Good length wire. Not as noisy as expected. Not sure about suction as have arthritis in hands and found it a bit heavy so had to return.Someone more able could find it easier to use than me.

Very pleased.
It is easy to use for beds and soft furnishings. And the filter is easily cleaned although difficult to remove all the residue. Needed a small stiff brush.

How to clean it .
How do you clean it . Does not tell me or show me how to wash it out. Very disappointed and annoyed about it.
