Easy to install, works great, and would recommend. Quick shipping too :-) Long enough hose that I can easily wash my dogs without worrying about pulling the shower head off the hose.

Let me start off saying I am a powder puff plumber. For 15 years I was cleaning the shower by moving the head around and pure luck if I got all the cleansing solutions off the tile ( our shower is separate from the bathtub) . Then I thought if I added a handheld device I would be able to move it around and it would make it easier to clean. When we first built the house we had a poor quality shower head in the shower so I researched it and bought the perfect one for us and was not going to jeopardize what we thought was the perfect flow for us.. In order to add a handheld I knew we needed a connection to divert the water and I found this handheld to attach to the diverter. I cannot say how much easier it has been to use this handheld in cleaning then I also found that I use it alot showering. I had no problem with installation and I have never had any problems with the on & off switch on the handle but I generally use the diverter for that. I particularly like the hose it is flexible and not stiff to where the bend of the hose makes it impossible to lie against the shower wall. The pressure of the handheld is acceptable and plan on purchasing an additional one for our RV.

Don't buy it until you check out the set up in your bathroom!!! Idk about outside the US but most bathrooms don't have wall but the plastic tub, so you can't drill a hole into it to mount it.It looks like a great product but the product designers need to think of something more mount friendly.

I bought this shower head to replace the cheap one in my RV. It did not disappoint! Installation was very easy! It was like a wonderful, luxurious spa shower after installation! I don't know why I waited so long to replace my old one.

Works well but the mount is made to screw into the wall. I did not want to make holes so use my pipe attachment from my last one even though it does not fit the best. I do like the flexible cord.

Great Product and Easy to install. 2 things would make it like the prior Handheld shower which I could not find. 1) a diverter which screws onto the pipe coming out of the wall then there would be no drilling and 2) a push button pause/stop button rather than a slide button. My push button off totally shuts off the shower head where this one has a very minimal drip when the slide is in the off/pause position. I believe this was about $10 cheaper and all in all I am quite satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to the amateur needing little assembly.

this gets 5 stars because I chose to buy this based on price mainly and new it would not be getting a lot of use or abuse. That said, if you need one that will stand up to a lot of use, then I would choose a different one. It is very cheaply made.

This one is easy to install. I like the on off switch. I dont need to adjust the temperature everytime. I am a "green" person, so I would turn off the water after I wet my hair and body. I would turn on the water when I ready to rise my hair and body.
