Updated:Returned Amazon Warehouse item and reordered a NEW item. It works as expected. Sound is good for it's size. Can make a little too loud and sound quality suffers a little.Original Review: Amazon Warehouse Deal.Amazon Warehouse deal??? Most of the time they're fine. Not this time. Good sound via audio cable. Forget the bluetooth. It was difficult/impossible to detect/pair/connect. Tried with 2 cellphones and a hp laptop. Bluetooth connected one time and it dropped out in a minute. If you have experience with bluetooth devices and you're having difficulties with the bluetooth connection pack it up and return.Amazon Warehouse item was a dud. I have no idea what percentage are duds. Sometimes I wish Amazon would put the total number sold in there customer reviews so that if there's a lot of negative reviews but it's only a small percentage of the total sold you'd have an idea and that customers didn't bother leaving positive reviews.
