no it doesn't squeak and I have had them for more than a year for a clothes line with heavy duty aircraft cable and it is 80 feet long so 160 feet of cable.

Q: Does this have 2 pulleys

What I bought was one pulley per order so I ordered two of them to make a clothesline. They seem to be pretty durable but a little challenging to mount.

Q: How much weight can they hold?

They can hold over 100 pounds and depends on what kind of line you are useing. Mine is plastic coated metal cable.

Q: What is the difference between the 16.5cm and 6.5" sizes?

Nothing..it is the same size. One is in centimeters and the other in inches. I love mine! I bought two to make a rolling clothesline.
