For my business, it’s a great to use it for making vareniki and pelmeni

Low craftsmanship, to many raff edges. Had to work it with file. However, makes process much easier and faster.

Jagged inside edges. Very tiny. It was horrible using it. Usually items are not as bad as they appear but omg this was the worst.I'm a gadget queen and have tried tons of items. This was one of my worst experiences .I was trying to make toasted ravioli and afar a epic fail. A jar cut out is better.

Product quality is disgusting

Great pelmeni and vareniki (perogies) makers! Good packaging. Includes detailed instructions on how to make pelmeni. Good purchase overall.

They are too small, I was expecting them to be much bigger .

Piece of garbage it doesn’t work

These work exactly as I expected, and I made two batches with them (about 50 perogies/batch) the weekend I got them. I have to learn to scale back my filling and roll the dough a bit thinner than I usually do to use this, and discovered that it's easiest to push the perogies through when completed rather than lift them out.My units came with some burring on them from the molding process, a quick swipe with a deburring tool took care of that. A bit of emery cloth or sandpaper would do the same, mace sure you don't scratch yourself.These units are a good value, the set of two metal makers costs less than a single plastic one by other makers - I purchased two sets, one for myself and one for a friend.

Fantastic product, very easy to use and clean. I have made ravioli and traditional pelmeni and it works just fine.

Stains

For the purpose it was intended for - it works just fine. My only concern is, it is a little sharp and rough around the corners and edges. It's perhaps not the best of qualities.
