Is the strap long enough to wear this Cross chest?

Yes, the strap extends long enough to wear cross body style. I also appreciated that when the tube is not extended it fits perfectly inside the clear tote bag that meets the venue size restrictions of 12x12x6 and we had rain at our show so I was pleased my poster was safe in the plastic tube

Since it expands, is 60mm at its smallest diameter.

My digital caliper says the diameter is 2.5", the cap and bottom are a bit larger.
