Update. I change the review from a low rating to a 5 star rating due to the support.It took a bit of time for Golener to respond but they did, and made it right by going above and beyond. The unit is now working beautifully in our pot/pans cabinet and we have a more efficient use of space.5 stars. We are thinking of getting more installed. Thanks Golener. ************************************************************I purchased the two pack. Took a bit of work to get it installed but not too difficult.However, upon installing, I slid the rail out with one pan to check function - and it immediately separated - the top slider and the bottom rail detached. I reinstalled the top slider tightly and it immediately separated again.I've contacted the manufacturer, Golener, at the email they provided. 4 days later, no response.So the 1 star is merited.Thanks

This product is great at sturdy, and now we are able to get to our lids easily.

good purchase
Pull out is sturdy and easy to put together and adjust to fit your pots and pans however my cabinet has a slight lip. I had to install a shim in order to be able to pull out without snagging on the cabinet lip. Adding the Shim worked for my cabinet pullout installation but does not necessarily look great.

Good for small spaces
I was able to turn the chaos of my small pan cupboard into a nice neat space and organize all my pans with ease

Gets the job done
seems to hold up good but I am not a fan of the metal holders being bare metal on metal. we have another that has a plastic over the parts that hold the pan which helps prevent scratch marks and that chalk board sound haha. Overall though not to bad for the price!

Perfect and easy to install rack
This is perfect for my under the sink cabinet and this made easy for me to manage my limited spaces for pans . I was worried to buy after reading some negative reviews but still I wanted to give a shot. It was superb easy to install and I wonder how those all negative reviews saying that hard to install etc. I’m keeping all lids of my pans so I wish I got more racks for each 2 inch space . By the way, overall it’s worth for me

Good Product, Great customer service
The media could not be loaded. These items are made with such good quality materials. I was missing a divider and the team sent me replacement and extras with 4 days with no questions asked. The email as replied within 2 hours of me sending in a Saturday night.
