Sever's Disease - athlete - controlled and gone!
These SAVED my 10 year old competitive travel baseball player's feet from the pain of sever's disease. A few rounds of sever's and the cups the doctor recommended slightly helped, but as a mom with a kiddo that could barely walk, much less play, I set out to find something that could give him relief. I decided based on reviews to give these a try and am thankful I did. When I bought these, he was well into the start of another round of sever's pain. I put them in his cleats and he noticed a difference the same day. While the pain wasn't 100% gone, the inserts absolutely helped control his pain allowing him to play. His sever's pain quickly resolved. We don't remove them from his cleats now. He uses the heel cups for his everyday tennis shoes, and these inserts in his baseball and football cleats. He's not had any new rounds of sever's and continues to play baseball and football. I know he's growing (which is what sets the severs off), but no pain has begun. If he goes into another round, I'll probably buy another set to have in his every day shoes to give it a try.He currently wears a size 6 boys Nike cleat. After removing the manufacturer insole, these fit snug into his cleats without any trimming needed. There are instructions in the package for how to trim if needed.

Great Product, game changer for my son!
My 9 year old son who plays travel club baseball has Severs Disease. The insoles he used were $40 from his podiatrist and he would need nightly ice baths and by the end of practice he would be in great pain. He would have to sit defensively alot to try and save him for later tournament games. I found out about these insoles while doing online research. I like the design and the fact that they are not made of cheap fabric woven material like his other insoles. We checked with our podiatrist and he gave us the o.k. to give these insoles a try. I cannot explain enough what a difference they make! My son now only needs maybe one ice bath a week and a couple a tournament. He is now able to play every inning defensively (without pain). And with him being the best first baseman on the team it has been huge for him and the team. I don't know if these will have the same results for your child but we swear by them and would recommend at least giving them a try. We are glad we did!

Outstanding product. My son has been using Nxt Mile inserts for several years now and the impact has been incredible. He was suffering from severe Severs to the point where he could barely run. Tried numerous other inserts, gel cups, etc. Nothing helped. These inserts improved his situation almost immediately. He wears them for every sport. Worth every penny.

I got two different sizes in my box. Annoying. One small and one medium. Not sure how that can happen.

Allowed my son to play at full speed.
My son spent most of his 5th grade football season, limping through practices and games in what appeared to be Sever's disease. Rest by skipping practices helped some but it still lingered. As his baseball season started up, I started seeing the same thing. We purchased these and when I got them, I wasn't sure since there wasn't much to the soles themselves. However, once placed into his shoes and practicing/playing with them, the limp went away and he was able to play at 100% and really helped his team. A wonderful product!
