Comes in 2 heavy boxes - instructions are in the smaller 2nd box. Instructions are nice and clear apart from identifying which of the 8 posts is which - you can work it out if you take the time to match against the number of holes. And get yourself a proper alan key as the one provided is the S type, where as an L type is much easier for tightening the bolts. These are minor gripes though, as it is a very easy kit to build and feels very sturdy and looks great.

Bunkbeds are very good quality. Look great and very sturdy. Gave 1 star on my review not for the quality of the bed but for the quality of service from Amazon. Purchased bed with assembly option and was let down 3 times. First twice my assembly was cancelled (first time with 15 minutes notice) I was told to cancel the order and purchase again as Amazon customer service had no idea why the assembly was cancelled and couldn’t add the service after cancellation. After I’d ordered for the third time and Amazon cancelled the assembly for the third time we decided to take delivery and build ourself. Bottom line is it appears that Amazon didn’t want to spend time building the product for the price we paid for the service. I have no problem with that but don’t waste my time by advertising a service you can’t or won’t provide. Could’ve and would’ve purchased this item for similar price with another retailer without the assembly option. Comedy of errors from start to finish and very frustrating to have my time wasted. The only consolation is I finally received the bed and was happy with the quality. 5/5 for product, 1/5 for service.

Good quality bed at a good price (probably the best price for a decent bunk bed).Arrived in 2 boxes, the contents all numbered, screws and bolts in separate bags neatly. It was easy to assemble (I did it alone) with an electric screwdriver, took me maybe 1.5 hours (of which the slats took 1)We added 2 lightweight mattresses, and that was that (I thought)While the bed frame was quite sturdy, the slats appeared very dry with zero springiness from the start, even when my youngest (3yr) went on we could see the slats bend alarmingly, and eventually (just after 2 weeks of use) the top slats gave in and 2 broke right in the middle when my 5 year old son was walking to his pillow (before you say anything they are normal weight kids, and weren't jumping on the bed:) ).So.. (because all slats were like this) I had to remove the original ones and replace them with 2x IKEA slatted bed bases which are rock solid. I was hesitating between 3-4 stars, but I gave 4 eventually as the bed is now super and was still excellent value.I built a cupboard and shelves of all the original slats I removed.

Kids loved this bed - quality is amazing

Great bed, well built. Just a shame it has arrived with one side damaged and scuffed and it took 6 weeks and a failed delivery and lots of communication chasing in that time.

Brilliant set of bunk beds , much more sturdy than many ither bunk beds, better quality which is noticeable and much thicker slats/spars than other beds...and I see these very same beds are selling on Amazon with another seller for £350 or so!!Great quality , great price.Thank you! :)
