Have only just started using it but so far it seems ok. Its a decent size ball much like the size of a football. It is made of quite firm sponge. It does bounce, and it is light to catch. Its quite easy for small or delicate hands to handle, and rolls along the floor (indoors obviously) without picking up dust/dirt etc So Far!!

Not sure it’s suitable for a normal home indoors but good product

Very expensive for what you get - a very light and very very compressible ball - not suited at all for physio use, for instance, even though it looks like the type I have used with my physio following shoulder surgery.
