Quality is very good. Product was packed well.
Product is very good. I had seen product in Wakefit experience Center and than ordered via Amazon app.. since discounts were better on Amazon compared to Wakefit site.Overall build quality is good.Stability is good. Assembly had some efforts but was able to do. Basically legs has to be fixed. Lkey was not sent. But I had one so I used mine, shall be sent with sofa in cade of DIY.Base frame is good. Sitting is very comfortable as was expected.Supports under 3 seater section could have been more..only 2 supports. Ideally it shall be 6 at least. Over all experience is good. My family is happy with this sofa set.

Comfortable beautiful and value for money
After searching offline and online I find wakefit furniture better than other costly furniture available in market. In first look it catches attention and comfortable when sitting. The thing I didn't like, it catches dust very fast and without vaccume cleaner it's difficult to clean. Sofa is sturdy and heavy but ottoman is light in weight. Kids can slip it very easy because of light weight. Overall it's value for money and you can go for it without thinking twice. The thing yet to see is its life. Let's see how long it will stay with us without any issue.

A good looking sofa at competitive price
Happy with my purchase. It ticks all the boxes as its comfortable, functional and good looking.I researched offline market before purchasing and found it best at given price. Price fluctuates 3+1+1 seems best value for money deal. Fabric touch is premium. Finishing is top notch. You have to wait for delivery, but they often deliver before delivery date what I see from my experience and reviews.Buying experience: goodDelivery experience: could be betterUsage experience: Best. Sofa has good space for sitting. Also can be used as temporary couch after removing cushion.

Sturdy and really good quality
Writing this review after two months of usage. Quality of the product is spot on as shown in the product images. Stitching and material used are really good. Its a bit on the harder side but still perfectly comfortable. 2 months of usage and no sign of the cushions sagging in from repeated usage. Also I have have had no worries of my dog's hair sticking on sofa because of the material used. Since I got the sofa in grey color dirt tends to be less visible. Delivery was also handled smoothly and the delivery partner was very professional. I have previously purchased other sofas from other websites as well and returned because of quality issues and this is probably the best sofa you can get in terms of quality in this price segment. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Poor Product Quality
The stitches started parting within 8-9 months of purchase, inspite of limited use. Though the product is covered under warranty, stitching is not under warranty. Poor quality finish and lack of support from the seller makes this a poor choice

Good product
The sofa is looking good and very comfortable to sit. The sides don’t have enough cushion support which can be a point to improve on. One of the Single seater’s finish was not good, the sides are a bit slanting instead of straight.Despite these, overall it is very good. Value for money!
