I received the item and the bottle was broken

Product is very nice but it arrived at my house with the plastic covered in mask. I washed it thinking that maybe leaked somehow during the delivery but realised later that the plastic pack came broken at the bottom .... Please think of a better delivery package option.

It's suppose to be 1 KGH but was less than 500g
Very disappointed. The tub came with the contents only less the half filled. I was not even sure about the conditioner in there. It did not look right. The previons novex I ordered before was yellow in colour and thicker. I will not order again from this seller.

Kräftigt die Haare, vegan und tierversuchsfrei
Habe lange und dünne Haare, nach ersten zwei Anwendungen habe ich schon deutliche Veränderung bemerkt. Die Haare fühlen sich fester an und bleiben wie geglättet (am zweiten Photo sind sie wellig nach dem Flechten). Benutze den Balzam einmal die Woche für ein paar Minuten. Bin mit der Wirkung sehr zufrieden. Für mich war es wichtig, dass er vegan und tierversuchsfrei ist.

Me sorprendió cómo deja el pelo de brillante, suave y sin encrespar, y tiene un aroma agradable pero no intenso. Con 3 minutos es suficiente, pero con 10 mucho mejor resultado. Con poca cantidad de producto tienes suficiente y el envase de 1k viene bien. El envío llegó a tiempo, el paquete y producto sin ningún daño. A favoritos para volver a comprar cuando se me acabe.
