Appears to be excellent quality. All joins are sewn and rivetted for extra durability. Thick but still supple leather. Also excellent for cross the body hands free dog walking. We have 2 of these leads for our two large Munsterlanders (40 kg each) and are at the moment very happy. The odd clean with saddle soap and subsequent treatment with leather balm should keep these leads in great condition for years to come.

Ace products are great but this is exceptionally well made Delighted with these leads - so much so I ordered 2 more. Bought the brass one ☝️ would like to get one chrome ( silver) one too. The leather is so soft in your hand after a few days' use and all the clips and rings mean you can do absolutely anything you need to with it from a long tracking lead. When to the full extent, there is even a way of looping to make a handle. Reinforced joints.* Riveted and Hand Stitched*Will attach a picture for you guys to have a look at.Definitely recommend it and would definitely buy it again.

The style is what I was looking for, however not as sturdy as a previous lead. My previous lead lasted around 30years. I just didn't feel I'd get the same out of this one with such a large dog. Ideal for a more well behaved pooch.

For the price of the product I was expecting a a good quality leather lead. This was very disappointing, flimsy and I’d be surprised if it was actually real leather. If you are training and your dog pulls you, it would easily hurt your had. And the brass clasps were cheap and would break easily. Wouldn’t recommend I’m afraid.

Not as good as the one we had before. Sadly one of the clips came off after only 3 weeks of us having it. Luckily I had a spare one to use off another lead and I should really of returned it, but needed it too much at the time not to have it. Slightly concerned that another clip may come away, but we will see.

Good lead. Slightly disappointed because my old one was thicker and a bit longer. I don't know if it will last because even though she not a puller. She a big girl.
