Bandai Hobby - Gundam Wing - #38 Gundam Epyon, Bandai Spirits RG 1/144 Model Kit

Easily my favorite RG I have done. The blade and eyes glow under UV for a good effect. Super sturdy and poses very easy. A must have kit for anyone. I could build this kit several times and always be amazed by it.

Hands down one of the best Real Grade kits. A satisfying build, tons of great detail and shelf presence, and some wonderful accessories.

This was my first gundam model kit and I thoroughly enjoyed assembling it. The Epyon is such a beautiful mobile suit, and it is very cool to look at. My fingers hurt like crazy for a couple of days after, so I purchased some nippers to use on my next kit which helped tremendously. There are a few times when it’s difficult to do what the instructions are asking due to the incredibly small size of the parts you’re working with, but I still had a lot of fun putting it together. The finished product is durable, but the wings do add a lot of top weight making it easy to topple over if the stance isn’t perfect.

Hands down the best RG yet. Build is fantastic and not too difficult, but results in an amazing looking model. Color separation is superb, and light piping on the transparent green used for the eyes and cameras on the head is fantastic. Just an amazing kit.

RG Epyon is beyond any doubt a top of the line gunpla kit. Aesthetically, color separation is on point, it's overall looks are simply fantastic and has some of the best light piping yet in gunpla. The build its also a lot of fun, though some small pieces may be a little tough to deal with for beginners. Articulation is great, not only is it highly posable but the build is sturdy as a rock. Just a great kill all around.

Amazing kit, bandai has made a streak of amazing rg's and the epyon is no exception.

I love how far the Real Grade line has come over the years. This thing is, to me, more detailed than the larger Master Grade and it was a blast to build. The Heat Whip is pure Bandai voodoo: you don't have to worry about cutting off numerous tiny parts, sanding them, and assembling them: it's all one piece on the runner for you to snip off, saving you a lot of time. If I had one complaint, it would be that the included stickers look awful on it: the edges are way too noticeable and jarring, so I removed them. If you buy this, do what I should have done and look at getting some third party waterslide decals to go with it.

The Epyon MG is great, but it suffers from a few weight issues that make it difficult to display in all of its glory
