Well documented and nicely packaged to make your first item out of the box. Unfortunately, the birthday girl was being a bit too cool even though she is heavily into crafting. Will report back at a later date.

This is a great all-in-one kit that serves as a nice introduction to silk screening, especially for kids (aged 6-9). Great for sports teams and school spirit week activities. The paint tubes makes it so excessive use is limited and does require a bit of pressure to release. Comes with multiple squeegees. Gloves are adult sized but went unused in all activities. The paint is smooth and floods the screen nicely. Pairs great with Speedball screen filler and photo emulsion kits as I have personally used both. A bit tedious to clean out compared to other products and the screen doesn't feel pulled as taunt as the Speedball comparison. There will be some bleeding for stencils, especially repeated use but for kids and kid projects, this is a 10/10 kit for both ease and fun factors! Expect to help with flooding and setting down the screen onto the article but let kids' imaginations roam with this kit!

This is an easy way to dip your foot into screen printing there are enough materials in the set to complete their projects and some of your own. Easy to use chldren will need supervision to avoid messes.

My wife says: I have been wanting to learn to silk screen for a long time and this kit seemed a good way to try it out. The kit is well described in the listing and has everything you need to get started. (The quality of the apron was the only disappointment and not worth taking off a star.) The paint in the kit is the consistency of the fabric paint of old that my children used to decorate t-shirts when they were young. Like that paint it's very difficult to squeeze out of the bottles but, since you spread the paint through a stencil with a squeegee, it's not as thick and therefore not as stiff after it dries. However, It's going to take some practice for me to get a good image because, in spite of pressing the stencil and screen tightly to the fabric, the paint oozed under the edges of the stencil and gave blurred lines. (In fact, I got the best image when I just laid the stencil directly onto the fabric and applied the paint with a brush.) So, further experimentation will be required before I try a real project. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with this kit as a way to try out a new craft.P.S. It is important to clean the screen immediately after use.

Personally if the ink wouldn't have leaked on everything then it wouldn't be a bad product .
